ABOUT CERTIS
CERTIS – Controlo e Certificação, Lda. is a Control and Certification Body recognized by the Competent Authority of the Member State Portugal and accredited since 2010, by the Accreditation Entity, Instituto Português de Acreditação (IPAC) for Product Certification according to the NP EN ISO/IEC 17065 Standard and since 2011 for Management Systems – Forest Management Certification by the NP EN ISO/IEC 17021-1 Standard. It provides services that allow the control of the production of agricultural, forestry, and food products, among others, particularly those that benefit from the use of a designation of origin, geographical indication, or specificity certification, or that are based on other normative references. CERTIS is also a recognized training entity by the General Directorate for Employment and Labor Relations (DGERT).
PERSONAL DATA
CERTIS is committed to protecting all personal data entrusted to it, with the protection of the privacy of such data being one of its priorities, and for this reason, all personal information is processed and protected in accordance with the applicable law (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016). This policy concerns the privacy practices of the portals and online sites owned and/or managed by CERTIS.
Any personal data you provide to us will be treated with the guarantees of security and confidentiality required by the legal framework concerning the protection of personal data. In the pursuit of its activities, CERTIS uses a set of technologies and security procedures appropriate to the protection of your personal data, protecting against unauthorized access and disclosure, adopting physical security measures, including controlling employee, collaborator, and visitor access to the headquarters premises, and logical security measures regarding access to computer systems, with all requests made on our websites being secure.
